In 2017 the Central Intelligence Agency dumped a batch of top-secret government files onto CIA.gov, as part of its year-long campaign to share declassified documents due to repeated Freedom of Information requests. In the latest release, the CIA included files related to the Stargate Project. You can find these documents here.  The CIA used Remote Viewing as a tool for the Stargate Project.

Remote Viewing is the practice of seeking impressions about a distant or unseen target using paranormal means. (extrasensory perception) Psychic warfare was developed during the Cold War. It is a military tool and the Defense Intelligence Agency’s interest in this goes back to at least the 1950s for the means of gaining information about top-secret enemy sites in which they had no other assets. The first army operational Remote Viewing session was performed in 1979. The CIA ended its research in Remote Viewing in 1998.

Project Stargate was based at The Stanford Research Institute. The scientific explanation Stargate/Remote Viewing: Quantum Entanglement occurs when two or more subatomic particles (atoms) have an association between them and where one particle allows influence that affects the other particle regardless of distance. This directly relates to us all being electrical beings that use vibrations and frequencies to operate on subconscious levels. Remote Viewers use a specific set of protocols to describe their target. Remote Viewing ties into MKULTRA (CIA Mind Control) due to the need for creating better psychics. Supersoldiers even. Mind programmers have used trauma-based mind control to shatter a victim’s mind in order to rebuild it focusing on enhancing mental abilities as the end mean. Russia actually reports that they have figured out that deaf-mutes are the best telepaths in their research. I will be going much more into MKULTRA and mind control in the future. A person with a traumatic mind conditioning comes out with photographic memory capabilities as well. This is how/why Supersoldiers, spies, and Manchurian Candidates are created. All this doesn’t depend on whether we believe this or not, as there are people who do and it is well documented that these things have already happened. It seems that most things technology has offered thus far have been born out of tools created for war. Military mind control is a huge problem right now with a lead company in all this being DARPA.

Take note of how much the term ‘PSYOP’ is used. I see it everywhere and is short for psychological operation. There is a war out for our minds. I see it as WWIII and the battlefield is right where you stand, on our own soil. A silent war that most aren’t even aware of is going on. It’s propaganda on steroids as an understatement.
