Thousands of Department of Defense employees are still finding a way around having their searches accessible at all times and Wi-Fi monitored. It is being done through peer-to-peer sharing. Not only are these Pentagon employees exploiting children they are also exploiting all the other thousands of workers who do not. Government officials viewing and sharing child porn on DoD networks have gotten so bad that bipartisan legislation has been introduced to stop it. The END Network Abuse Act was put in place in 2018 but professionals in the line of network security say most likely this bill will go nowhere. It’s hardly received any attention from media outlets, and it only had a 3 percent chance of being enacted and moving forward. The reason why it seems to continue to sustain itself year after year is simply the fact that many people in positions of power are involved.

The DoD ranked 19% out of 3000 networks to share such content peer to peer. Where are these kids coming from? Who is making these kids ‘perform,’ who is filming them, and where are these high-ranking people getting this from? A lot of this content had and is being purchased through websites that offer it. So it is not even brought in from outside these workers are buying it straight from the source with our tax money. Where is the NSA? With all of our technology, it would seem that this problem simply hasn’t been made to be a priority. In fact, based on my research, many people who are involved in this type of activity around the world are actually the ones we go to in order to combat the problem.

Just as we see with illegal arms sales, this type of activity seems to operate within the ‘black market’ and has sustained itself for years. The worst part of this situation is that these workers can’t simply be fired from their jobs. Many of those accused, according to the U.S. Department of Defense’s report, held highly trusted government positions, making it very easy for them to “blackmail” “bribe” or “threaten” national security agencies. If these workers are penalized for their indecencies, then great measures will likely be taken to protect the government from possible blackmail.

The Pentagon’s Criminal Defense team, is well funded already, So more funding to more government agencies, swell idea…… an army of private law firms, prosecuting them out of their jobs, would be a better approach.

All the bill does was open up local law enforcement to work with the DoD. It has been over a decade since April 2006 when U.S Immigrations and Customs Informant Agency’s Operation Flicker found out this information. They initiated an investigation into a criminal organization running a commercial child pornography website known as the “Home Collection” that utilizes companies such as Paypal for members-only sites. There were 18 different sites in total. It was senator Chuck Grassley who was pressing for answers from the allegations brought to light.

Grassley’s letter to DoD officials:

To date 80% of interactions have not even been looked at! How is this not a priority?

It is like so many causes are coming to light…which one to choose from? The children every time is our answer, we are all so safe from our homes and lives that it takes a part of us that is deep down to say wait a minute hell no this one doesn’t slide by. What to choose from, our soldiers dying for greedy and unnecessary reasons or the medical and vaccination racket? It all affects our young either way and as parents or someone that is part of the “village” that helps raise children, it is the hardest to stomach.

We need to face the possibility that this epidemic is a “learn what you live” type crisis and demand rehabilitation for victims, the other side is that most child exploitation crimes go unreported, you can not rehabilitate a target of this offense that has remained brave or quiet. I know even counting the victims that go quiet we still have the blackmailed victims that I would imagine takes up more statistics than victims themselves.
