High level Belgian politicians, government ministers, intelligence, police and military chiefs have all been involved in decades-long, systematic sexual abuse, rape and murder of hundreds or perhaps thousands of children as young as 3 years old. One instance of this was known as the Dutroux Affair. Dutroux would be the fall guy for a much larger group of prominent men. Dutroux was the only fall guy as this was a case of the guilty investigating themselves.

This scandal is no different than the one that broke out in 1959 as the Ballet Roses. The Pink Ballets affairs lies at the center of the child abuse network accusations that came before the Dutroux affair of the ’90s. With the Pink Ballets scandal, there are direct links to the unsolved Gang of Nijvel case, which point to a significant relationship between the two. The fascist underground and these child abuse network accusations are clearly interwoven, with the X-dossiers showing that indeed this same network was still going.
Mark Dutroux, aka the Beast of Belgium, is a convicted child rapist who, due to his connections to powerful individuals and the lack of justice for his victims, sparked the White March protest—where 300,000 Belgians took to the streets to say, “enough with our children.” The media wants you to believe Dutroux acted alone, yet much evidence points to a broader network involving kidnapping, pedophilia, and snuff films.
Throughout this case Dutroux was called a pedophile which he did not fit the description of a child lover, Dutroux is a child abuser, sexual exploiter, trafficker, a pornographer, and a murderer. This story branches out to many other things and like those things all were protected by those in high places. Specifically, the usual Police, Doctors, Judges, and Politicians. Dutroux was released 10 years early in 1992 from a 13-year sentence for multiple child rape. Scores of videos with child pornography were seized along with him.
The case originally broke in August 1996 when two girls were rescued.
They had been kept for months in a disguised cellar in Dutroux’s house; the cellar had been
specially constructed and contained a cage. The two young women said they had been raped and taped repeatedly.
Dutroux was, convicted in 1989 of multiple charges of kidnapping, unlawful confinement and sexual violation of five young women aged 12-19. He kept each for 24 hours, tortured them and then let them go. He was sentenced to 13 years.
In the end Dutroux was held accountable for 7 missing girls and the death of the 2 other girls that died in his underground chamber. Dutroux wife was supposed to be feeding these girls but claimed the door was too heavy so the girls starved to death. Dutroux has confessed to six counts of kidnapping girls and is charged with four counts of murder. During the investigation over 20 adults were brought in for questioning, including a number of police officers; six have been charged with offences, including Dutroux’s wife.
Also less well known is that at the same time as the Dutroux case was breaking police in Finland discovered a “massive computer library of child pornography that included pictures of torture, mutilation and cannibalism”. The owner was not arrested since distribution of child porn is a minor crime in Finland.
Much of the press coverage implied, or even explicitly stated, that the Dutroux case was the first involving organised child abuse, trafficking and child pornography in Belgium. I do know that in 1988 16 people were convicted of offences including distributing child pornography. The case hit the headlines because amongst those charged were high-ranking officials from agencies founded to protect children, including two senior workers for UNICEF, and a man who headed an offenders programme. The focal point for this group was Brussels.
One man had been arrested on August 16 after the investigators of Bourlet and Connerotte found out that on August 10, one day after Lelievre (accomplice) and Dutroux had kidnapped Laetitia, Nihoul had supplied Lelievre, free of charge, with 1,000 XTC pills.
Marc confessed to kidnapping, raping, drugging, torturing and filming children for many years. He also claimed he was doing it at the behest of a political elite who financed his career as a professional trafficker. Not only did this political elite finance his efforts – they made specific requests of him. Sometimes they requested specific types of children (they were called “party favors” and he was asked to deliver kids of certain age, sex, race). Sometimes they requested specific means of torturing the children to fulfill their desires (orgies, satanic rituals involving sacrifices, torture games). And sometimes they requested he film certain influential people engaged in these acts, for later use as blackmail.
Dutroux claimed many of his customers and financiers were world leaders. This was not a stretch of the imagination because he lived in Belgium, where the EU and NATO headquarters were located. This statement was also corroborated by victims who were able to identify specific politicians.
Witnesses and victims would soon come forward, describing such things as “Black Masses,” with child and adult sacrifices taking place in front of observers and participants, which included prominent politicians and figures. This would be corroborated by a note found by police at the house belonging to Bernard Weinstein—a man who previously worked with Dutroux, but whom Dutroux had murdered. The letter contained very specific requests for certain types of victims for satanic sacrifices. The letter was signed by a man who called himself ‘Anubis’. It turned out ‘Anubis’ was the high priest of a satanic cult called ‘Abrasax’ whose real name was Francis Desmet. Police obtained a warrant and seized computers, documents, mail, actual human skulls, jars of blood, and all sorts of Satanic items – but none of this was enough to make an arrest.
As the Dutroux trial went public, other victims stepped forward and confirmed the testimony, offering up descriptions of sexual abuse and human sacrifice.
They also described “hunting parties” where elites would release naked children into the woods to hide, so that the elites themselves could hunt them down and slaughter them. Many of the stories from victims contained so many similarities, they were impossible to deny. For example, the hunting parties were often held at castles, where victims could not escape and were hidden from the public eye. Those not killed in the hunt were usually chased down and mauled/killed by Dobermans.
All of these victims echoed the testimonies of other, older survivors of ritual Satanic abuse from around the world.

It is also notable that Dutroux received $1,200 per month in public assistance.
It is also notable that documents released by Wikileaks show large sums of money in various currencies were deposited into his wife’s bank account.
It is also notable that those deposits coincided with reported kidnappings and missing children reports.
It is also notable that before his removal, judge Jean-Marc Connerotte was on the verge of publicly disclosing the names of high level government officials who had been recognized on video-tapes of sexual torture that took place in Dutroux’s dungeon.
Another pointer to the fact Dutroux did no work alone was a statement made by another party “if it was time for more girls”? Where Dutroux stated “The cage isn’t ready”.

One of the 13 bloodlines is mentioned in the dossier the Solvays whose father was a chemist and responsible for Fluoride and Prozac. This family owns the Chateau De Amerois in Belgium where many witnesses and even attendees to parties stated child sacrifices go on there. The castle was owned by Prince Philipp von Saxe-Coburg-Gotha, and later by the Solvay family. The castle was mentioned in late 1996 and early 1997, by at least one “X” survivor of the Dutroux affair. Various witnesses who described torture, child rape, pedophilia, child hunting, as well as child murders have been declared “insane”….but only after all the original investigators have been declared were suddenly replaced. The Solvays have also created children’s camps around the world and, interestingly, in Brussels.

Problems in this case:
One case had the same investigator who tried and failed in 85 to solve was put on again and this investigator just so happened his sister was Godmother to Nihoul’s son.
Taking Detective Connonont off the case for eating a plate of spaghetti with victim’s families hurt the case as he was the one sworn to get to the bottom of it, while another investigator who also ate at the same dinner was allowed to stay on as he would comply.
The 6,000 hair samples would never be tested
Police searched Dutroux’s house when Julie and Melissa were cowering in cages in his basement but failed to find them. They heard screaming saw vaginal lube but chose to believe Dutroux, who told them it must have been children playing outside.
The Judge on the case stuck to his opinion that Dutroux worked alone not even considering a larger investigation
The deaths of 27 witnesses were NOT investigated except one which was ruled as a poisoning
Witness/Victim Regina Louf X-1 was examined by a team of specialists who were reputable experts from Leuvense University the team’s conclusion was that Louf’s testimony was well worth examination though her testimony would not end up in court or as a part of any investigation
The trial took place long after the crime. 7 years after the girl’s bodies were found.
French newspaper Le Monde reported that 1500 to 2000 journalists, mostly foreign, were expected to attend the Dutroux trial. The courtroom, built especially for the Dutroux case in the city of Arlon, had sixteen seats.

All Belgian citizens wish to bring to your attention the following facts, noted in the 1235 pages of the Bis Dutroux File, retrieved from various media, newspapers, books and television news.
The facts listed are simply noted, the magistrates and the State Security have the evidence but have been hiding it since 1996.
We accuse these characters of pedophilia, of forgery, use of forgery, theft, and insider trading, all of which are punishable by conviction. We demand the reopening of the Bis Dutroux Case, the resignation of all the people incriminated in it as well as the members of their families, rightly considering that they are not worthy of being in politics, or in Justice, or in administrative positions of public institutions.
The current criminal system is made up of pedophiles, people with high positions but threatened, if not handsomely paid and/or manipulated.
We ask that a special commission be set up in order to combat pedophile networks in the field in preference to the networks of the net, so much so that it seems obvious that only one network at the level of the State exists, endowed with many ramifications and whose members (among others from the French Community) are known to a few insiders.
We call for particularly strict control of all children’s institutions, some of which are the crucible of paedophile practices, as well as subsidised child protection associations that serve as informants.
We denounce here the members of the board of directors and honorary member of the Irsa Institute, school for the deaf-mute-blind, chaussée de Waterloo, who are the leaders of the Belgian paedophile network.
As well as the management and some members of the boarding school staff, who are necessarily involved.
We demand the immediate and unconditional release of Marcel Vervloesem, a political prisoner, deprived of his liberty while he denounced paedophile networks long before the Dutroux affair.
We call on Members of Parliament to resolve these issues as a matter of urgencythis, all business ceased. It is obvious that all measures are taken for a general dissemination to citizens, a call for a referendum.

The Jersey child abuse scandal is reported to involve the Zandvoort network. The ring was first uncovered when a key member was found dead in Italy. According to The Irish Times, he was murdered by another member of the ring. His apartment in the Dutch town of Zandvoort was found to contain thousands of digital images stored on computer disks as well as hundreds of addresses of suspected suppliers and clients according to the New York Times. The Zandvoort file is linked to Operation Koala, with 2 million files of child pornography. The Zandvoort Network is alleged to have Belgian, Dutch and Portuguese branches. The Zandvoort network reportedly involved Marc Dutroux.

A Review into 3 similar cases named as the Dickin’s Dossier, the P.I.E Membership List, and North Wales Care Home Abuse had 114 files (which included three dossiers as listed above) on pedophilia re UK government officials but had gone missing. Solicited with Operation Kipofor, during which he was entrusted with seven CD-ROMs of Zandvoort. The investigation was closed on the grounds of “unknowable culprits”, as a result of which the CD-ROMs were stolen. The King replied that he could not intervene in the theft of the CD-ROMs entrusted to him because of the “separation of powers”. Nor did he concede a royal pardon for a conviction – of Marcel Vervloesem – on the basis of an incomplete file. Involved in certain bankruptcies, including, with certainty, Fortis, he held shares that were sold by Maurice Lippens (in addition to his own). Hence his purchase of a town with a pontoon on the sea for his yacht, which is said to be worth 25 million euros, and in the Belgian Congo (former) where he is said to have bought Mobutu’s villa. His list of appointments of ministers of state and other titles of nobility includes a majority of pedo-criminals.
