Continuity Of Government After Martial Law

This is somewhat a continuation of American Terrorist After 911 and FEMA’s Executive Orders read it or not this will still apply.

FEMA’s motto: “Protect our nation from dangerous people”…Most official’s motto: “This agency should be scrapped”.

Private police forces are controlled by non-governmental agencies such as corporations, they swear an oath to the state or country they are commissioned in but are loyal to those cutting the checks. In other words, American police forces stand alone as a corporation under a parent company like an umbrella project so to speak. Where we’re at is in the hands of an eroded Republic. Whether your head is in the sand or not the truth of your fate still remains, pulling your head out will hurt less than leaving it in. It is uncomfortable, to say the least, but generations are counting on us unknowingly. In my previous post, I showed executive orders that should awaken anyone and will briefly show these first to get an idea of where this could all go:

That list above is all your rights in a nutshell. This agency is sheer cold war strategies. Jimmy Carter signed executive order 12127 after a string of “natural” disasters in the ’60s and ’70s this order initiated the creation of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, this was on April 1, 1979. FEMA joined 22 other agencies to become part of Homeland Security in March 2003. Our President is a puppet holding temporary executive power held by The American Security Council (ASCF) whose president is Dr. Henry A. Fischer.

When a new administration takes over the White House old executive orders are re-authorized expanding their unconstitutional powers. The handoff from Republican Bush to Democratic Obama says both sides agree with such an issue. So mix that in with past presidential administrations messing with the separation of powers to be able to legally form a Dictatorship.

I am not taking a ‘what if’ approach to FEMA camps as the Orders and Acts written for this have already been written and actions of preparedness on their part have already been mastered. MSNBC has reported on such matters and stated that as of yet the longest someone can be held in a detention camp in any Democracy anywhere is 28 days they also stated in between showing Obama speak on this matter that this is one of the most radical proposals for defying the constitution American citizens have ever heard said. The people that pulled this off are the ones really defying our constitution and should be sent to these camps themselves immediately. The amount of treason by our government today is at an all-time high and until we stand up it is only going to get worse. Although the American people know more about what is happening on the Simpsons TV show than know their actual rights as citizens of a nation we can’t lose hope and give up. America is worth fighting for.

The 1984 Act called Rex 84 FEMA’s blueprint for martial law in America was not the beginning but played a major role in where we are now. In 1984 the army gave inmates time off of their sentence to test out a Civilian Inmate Labor Program to test out the FEMA camps through Forest Labor Department they were detained in these 12 detention centers in army installations. The issue with Rex 84 is that the act did not clearly define the term ‘national crisis’.

This was basic beta testing for future use and the prisoner’s agreement was to say nothing to anybody about this program. After testing Clinton declassified the project and in 1997 doubled the number of camps to 24. See the declassified pdf plans here

Another bad idea that came with Rex 84 was the plan to round up twenty-one million ‘American Negroes’ to be delivered to these converted military bases because at that time African Americans were considered one of the biggest threats to the continuity of the Federal Government. Who will the government deem the biggest threat these days? Right-Wing extremists? Americans who back the 2nd amendment? Anti-Vaxers?

Since the Patriot Act (which is a tool on purpose) Americans all over the United States are being put on terrorist lists. The powers that be are keeping track of who is going to be a problem in the future, causing riots and false flags to keep us from forming militias by taking away our right to assemble and more. I simply do not like the sound of a government agency arranging themselves to ‘combat perceived threats to the existing social and political order’. Too much leeway. College teachers are teaching students that our founding fathers were terrorists. One such act could be due to George Washington signing death orders for a member of the British crown. It does not make sense and colleges are putting out communist thinking students by the thousands every year. So I can imagine our current regime not doing anything with FEMA camps but instead are waiting for the generation that knows their rights to get too old to fight. This all has taken almost a century of planning what is 10 more years?

Congress is supposed to be above the president and part of the separation of powers but President Bush Jr.’s Martial law Plan was so shocking even Congress couldn’t see it. Congress was barred from viewing post terrorist attack provisions. During the Reagan years, we had many Congressional hearings regarding our secret shadow government that was kept private under national security. During these hearings, Oliver North asked that chairmen not touch on such subjects when questioned by about the ability for certain events being able to suspend the Constitution. I researched PDD51 short for Presidential Decision Directive #51 an executive order that can give the president the power to dictate and work with the Federal Government to expand military involvement in domestic security. This is dangerously mixed in with the president assigning Litmus tests to military officials as to whether they will fire upon their own people. I am not bringing the worst-case scenario to you only the facts. Define Litmus test: A litmus test is a question asked of a potential person for office, or candidate for appointed designation, the answer to which would determine whether the nominating candidate would proceed with the appointment or placement of said spot. It has been said that Obama asked this while in office and removed those that would not perform such duties as firing on American citizens.

I watched a speech from Republican Peter De Fazio about PDD 51 and the importance of the government on the continuity of itself if ever a terrorist attack might occur. Just remember when looking to the government for rescue that 911 was an inside job, this is their problem-reaction-solution-based approach to taking away our freedoms. This plan would demand the cooperation of all three branches of government. De Fazio goes on to say that the Bush administration had such a plan to where they introduced a short sketchy version to the public. The Bush administration said don’t worry there is a detailed classified version but denied the entire Homeland Security Committee access to this detailed plan.

A scenario for Martial Law to happen could include any incident regardless of location that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the United States population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions. The Rand Corporation put out a plan called a Stability Police Force for the United States. The plan: Justification and options for creating U.S capabilities. The Rand Corporation is a non-profit research organization providing objective analysis and effective solutions that address the challenges facing the public and private sectors around the world it is federally funded and sponsored by the United States army. Implemented covertly this project investigates the need for a U.S stability police force it would need if created wherein the Federal Government would be headquartered and how it would be staffed.

Then we have the House Resolution 645, or H.R. 645 for short is a government bill that was written for the establishment of what the bill calls “National Emergency Centers”. It is believed that these centers are being built in this country and are also being referred to as “FEMA Camps”. There are in fact hundreds of these camps being built all over the country. The bill states that no less than 6 of these national emergency centers should be built.

GovTrack.us states that the purpose of these centers is as follows…

(1) to provide temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster;

(2) to provide centralized locations for the purposes of training and ensuring the coordination of Federal, State, and local first responders;

(3) to provide centralized locations to improve the coordination of preparedness, response, and recovery efforts of government, private, and not-for-profit entities and faith-based organizations; and

(4) to meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security.

It also says that these centers are to be run and established by the Department of Homeland Security in conjunction with the Secretary of Defense. The bill talks about a large number of people coming into these centers, by reason of “national emergencies”. It also states that the centers should be able to accommodate what is described as “major disaster preparedness response drills, operations, and procedures.” Some of these centers are refurbished prisoner of war camps from WWII. 7 million would have to be assigned as workers to run all these camps. So what is left ambiguous is what the powers that be will mark as needed for such events. One of the first things Joe Biden did was command FEMA to deal with vaccinations. This is not good because it matches up with worst-case scenarios of these camps being assigned to those who refuse vaccinations.

Word on the internet is that during the push for PDD 51 a banker known as the honorable Henry Paulson threatened congress members that if a ‘no’ was given on this act that blood would run in the streets, this intel was received by Oklahoma Senator James Inholfe.

James went on to say that if such a bill was to be passed fear and panic needed to be the atmosphere. Congress was also warned that if a no was given that the market would crash by a couple of thousand points and or Martial Law would be enacted. The act of course passed and seven hundred and fifty billion dollars in unmarked cash was given to the act and the graph below shows where monies were allocated: *note during this time the markets took a crash regardless of money threats given.

A military tactic term helpful to know is Cordon and Search which is a training tactic used to teach militants how to disarm the populace when needed. Some years ago the military was cleansed of equipment and the unused tanks etc. were given to local police all across the country.

In 2000 the U.S listed 325,000 Americans on terrorist watch lists leaving us to wonder if the government is using inmate and refugee camps as a smokescreen for political dissonance. This might be where most sites would bring up the 500,000 plastic coffins that Alex Jones supposedly found in 2008, though I have seen the pictures (photoshop does exist) we should lean towards the side that if these coffins existed we should only hope our government would be prepared as opposed to dealing with dead bodies in the aftermath of a catastrophe. To be honest, if you simply Google the top ten disasters possible of wiping us out or at least trying to, most on the list would call for the need for proper body disposal. We can’t both complain about the existence of such items when these very possible natural disasters could cause the need for them. We need to look at both sides in order to calculate such measures.

To get a better perspective we can look at natural disasters from the past to see. From my viewpoint Hurricane Katrina was the perfect example to see FEMA’s capabilities, giving that by this date FEMA had ample time according to documents to be prepared. Even the state of Louisiana itself is holding FEMA accountable after time showed their capabilities of an organization as a failure. I need/want to add that along with this theme is the utilization of our nation’s highways known as NAFTA superhighways which would make the transportation to these camps extremely ideal. See below:

In summary recent and not-so-recent legislation attempting to legitimize the use of internment camps to detain U.S. citizens in the event of an uprising or civil unrest has many people asking what nation they live in. Although we know where we are living so it seems has become a bit dystopian, shed doubt, and walk with head held high with feelings of retribution the amount of time this goes on is up to us.
