Presidio Day Care Scandal And Satanic Panic

This article is about a scandal covered up by the military regarding Satanic ritual abuse.

This horrific event left the fathers of the victims in a rage and wanting revenge as any parent would after the army’s neglect to bring justice to the perpetrators. One father was quoted saying “When something about Presidio comes up he wants to blow someone away” This case had documented victims but no prosecutions for any of the guilty parties. It took place during the times of the Satanic Panic from the ’80s where daycares all across the country had victims coming out to describe the abuse they endured at child care centers. Though the media and such will have you believe it was just mass hysteria there was much truth behind this panic.

It was a perfect crime for these predators as children would be too young to stand trial. The False Memory Foundation was created just for the purpose of thwarting any real claims and labeling those claims as something put into the child’s head. A dynamic that caused confusion for victims was crazy stories were purposely added in to make the victim’s stories less believable. Members of the board of this foundation were questionable from the gate, pedophilic pasts and ties to MKUltra. Needless to say, this foundation no longer exists which says more about it as well.

It is too hard to pin such atrocities to legality. Definition: Ritual abuse is a brutal form of abuse of children, adolescents, and adults, consisting of physical, sexual, and psychological abuse, and involving the use of 𝑟𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑎𝑙𝑠. In the 1960s Michael Aquino a known Satanist employed by the United States Army, specializing in psychological warfare (I will be going much further in-depth to Aquino in future blogs) had laws changed regarding blame not being able to be pinned on Satanism as a religion. It was after an incident involving a Priest leaving religious artifacts at the scene of his bank robberies. The question came up whether or not these events could be blamed on the Catholic Church. After deliberation, the end result is that the Catholic Church could 𝑛𝑜𝑡 be blamed, so Aquino jumped on the bandwagon wanting the same for the Satanic Church hence making it impossible to blame obvious Satanic crimes on the religion of Satanism.

The Presidio ties into West Point Pedophilia Scandal as it would be said that Colonel Michael Aquino was a perpetrator at both locations. Allegations came from Fort Bragg and Santa Rosa about him as well. This all started when a child told his mother Joyce Tobin that Mr. Hambright (Gary) had touched his privates, put it in his mouth, and put a pencil in his bottom. The parents kept a close eye on the boy all weekend where he began showing abnormal behavior. He wouldn’t sleep in his own bed, his mother who was a nurse noticed his bottom was a little red. The boy continued to say that Mr. Hambright hurt him.

The following Tuesday, Joyce Tobin was driving through the Presidio with the boy. When they came to the intersection where she would have turned to go to the daycare center, he raised himself up out of his car seat, as if he were attempting to get out, and started to cry. “Are you taking me to daycare?” He asked. “I don’t want to go to daycare. Mr. Gary hurt me and I cry.” Reassured that they were not going to the daycare center, the boy calmed down. [‘Army of the night’ by  Linda Goldston]

Mike Tobin the boy’s father spoke with a chaplain at the Presidio, who contacted the Army’s Criminal Investigation Division. Officers from the CID made an appointment to interview and videotape the boy about his allegations. After the videotaped interview the Tobins’ son was examined at the Child Adolescent Sexual Abuse Referral Center at San Francisco General Hospital. The doctor there would come to the conclusion that the boy had been anally raped.

Meetings at the Presidio followed the revelation that the Tobin boy had been abused. But for all the activity, the Army seemed in no hurry to proceed with the case. It took the Army 12 days to form a strategy group and almost a month to notify the parents of other children who had been in “Mr. Gary’s’ class that the incident had taken place. Nearly a year would pass before more than 59 other victims children between the ages of 3 and 7 had been identified. And allegations would be made by parents that several more children were molested even after the investigation had begun. This daycare should have been closed down immediately but instead, it took a whole year.

A strategy meeting on Dec. 10 set the tone for the case. The meeting was attended by all the brass from the Presidio, representatives of the FBI and the US Attorney’s Office and staff from the Child Adolescent Sexual Abuse Referral Center. The CASARC workers told the Army to expect multiple victims, so many that they could not offer its help. But the Army “didn’t want to believe that,” says one worker who attended the meeting.

As I said above it was not just the Presidio where child abuse was happening allegations from West Point Military base daycare center came out about a 3 year old girl with a lacerated vagina. The girl was seen at the hospital there. Barbara Boxer stated that there was dwindling attendance at the day care centers resulting from children and their parents being afraid to come. Attendance actually dwindled down from 250 children to 180. No criminal charges would come out of either location.

Many years have passed since the little girl was sexually abused at West Point’s child-care center. Yet she has always lived in fear due to the fact that the perpetrators were never locked up. You have to understand the fact of a 3 year old having showed physical signs of abuse does not cover what we didn’t see. The girl had to live in fear because her perpetrators were free. In the U.S. District Court files in Manhattan, the West Point sexual abuse case is now resolved. The government failed in 1985 to indict any suspects in its criminal investigation. It had finally settled a civil suit brought by the parents of the 11 victims. Nine of the victims will receive $2.7 million, with awards ranging from $25,000 to $625,000. But even as the legal dust has settled, the case lingers as a legacy of pain for the families.

…Despite 950 interviews by 60 FBI agents assigned to the investigation, an investigation led by former U.S. Attorney Rudolph Giuliani produced no federal grand jury indictments. The investigation did find “significant indications that children may have been abused” at the center.

Until then no official reports or investigations have verified the sexual abuse. The Times Herald-Record, however, has learned that a still-secret, independent report prepared by one of the nation’s top experts on child sexual abuse confirmed the children’s accusations of abuse.  The report also played a vital role in ending the seven-year legal ordeal and in enabling the case to be settled without the children undergoing potentially hostile questioning on the witness stand. The expert, Dr. Ann Wolbert Burgess, a professor of psychiatric nursing at the University of Pennsylvania at Philadelphia and the author of the book, “Child Pornography and Sex Rings,” entered the case in 1989.

She interviewed all the children. She said that her goal in the case had been to reduce harm to the children because testimony in open court could have triggered symptoms of abuse, prompted by a “resurfacing” of the original incident. Burgess worked for neither the government nor the plaintiffs, but reported directly to the court, her findings carried additional credibility. Neither Burgess nor others would speak about her specific findings. You can draw your own conclusions from the fact that the government paid all this money. The government wouldn’t have likely paid that money unless the report gave them a basis for doing that.

The Presidio investigation was run by Giuliani as well. As of 2007, Giuliani was still protecting people who abuse children. A priest that was being accused of child molestation was hired by him, even going on a vacation to Rome with him and his wife. We are seeing patterns repeating. Are all the pedophile rings that are supplied to the White House connected to these incidents in the ’80s? Before I continue with wrapping up the Presidio case, I would like for you to google the Dozier Dig. As for the Presidio case the children told stories of being taken away from the school to a house where they were videotaped in the nude. They told stories of playing disgusting games I will not detail here but trust you me, it boiled down to this all being Satanic ritual abuse. The children would point out Michael Aquino and his wife Lilith as the abusers outside of the daycare. When his house was searched they found video producing equipment and a sound proof room. The children even identified his house. Aquino had pull in this system. He sat on the World Affairs Council, he was a NATO member, and had NSA strings besides the fact that he was a Colonel in the army specializing in psychological operations.

The Presidio would later catch fire and burn with it being ruled as arson by ATF. Records were burned and this just so happened on a big Satanic holiday no less. Important to note that through all these events the Army never disputed any allegations. How could they when some of the children from the Presidio showed up with Chlamydia?

These stories are old but still very relevant as these incidents keep piling up so are the cover ups that follow. Just in 2019, a West Point Staff Sergeant was charged for the distribution of child pornography. We need to educate everyone around us disregarding the uneasiness of the topic. We could, relatively easily and for minimal expense, obtain statistics on the number of cases of ritual child abuse being reported in the United States each year simply by adding one additional category on the child abuse reporting forms which mandated reporters must complete when they file a child abuse report.

Given the accumulation of data illustrating not only that children reporting ritual abuse are profoundly negatively impacted by those experiences, but that they are even more severely impacted than are child victims of sexual abuse, how can we give any weight at all to the skeptical position that ritual abuse memories are no more than screen memories for Incest experiences that are actually worse, suppressed from awareness and replaced by accounts of impossibly bizarre rituals? If children claiming to be ritually abused were in fact sexually abused only, then clearly their symptomatology should be similar to and no more serious than that of sexually abused children. It is super weird to me that when I type in the address of the child molestation incident from the picture at the top of the page, google map takes me to the inside of a closet that has seen so many different colors of paint I do not know what to think. Usually on google maps when you try to get close to a building you cannot yet this specific address puts me in a closet? (after dropping the yellow man icon) The scribble on the wall says “school be like ahhhhhhhhh”. Have you ever seen a closet that locks from the inside?
